Job summary

Radiant Enterprises - Insulators & Bushings in Vadodara seeks a Tendering and Business Development Executive to manage engagement with Indian Railways across RDSO, CORE, Production Units and all 17 Zonal Railways. You will own the full tender lifecycle on IREPS and GeM, drive vendor registration and RDSO approvals for new products.

The role also involves tracking tenders, preparing techno-commercial bids, and maintaining CRM while building relations with railway departments.

Responsibilities

• Track, screen and bid tenders daily on IREPS, GeM and e-procurement portals across zonal railways.
• Prepare techno-commercial bids with EMD/SD, compliance sheets, BOQ and price schedules.
• Own RDSO vendor registration and approvals for new products.
• Coordinate with RDSO Directorates for drawings, specs, prototypes and field trials.
• Maintain a structured CRM of tenders, POs, officials, inspections and payments.
• Develop relationships with Zonal railway electrical/mechanical departments and DRMs.

Role Overview

We are looking for a tendering and business development executive to manage Radiant's engagement with Indian Railways across RDSO, CORE, Production Units (ICF/RCF/MCF/CLW) and all 17 Zonal Railways. You will own the full tender lifecycle on IREPS and GeM, drive vendor registration and RDSO approvals for new products.

Key Responsibilities

• Track, screen and bid tenders daily on IREPS, GeM and e-procurement portals across zonal railways, PUs and metros
• Prepare complete techno-commercial bids: EMD/SD, technical compliance sheets, BOQ, price schedules, deviation statements, and all supporting documents
• Own RDSO vendor registration and approval cycles for new products
• Liaise with RDSO Directorates (TI, Electrical, M&C) in for drawing approvals, specification queries, prototype inspections and field trial allocation
• Maintain a structured CRM of tenders, POs, officials, inspection records and payment cycles
• Build and maintain direct relationships with Zonal Railway electrical/mechanical departments , Depot in-charges, DRMs, Sr. DMEs, CDOs and QA/inspection wings
