Job summary

Sri Indrakshi Informatics in Telangana is seeking an HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations at the GRP Plant. The role covers manpower management, statutory compliance, and employee relations in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field
• 23 years of HR experience (plant/manufacturing preferred)
• Basic knowledge of labor laws
• Good communication skills (English, Telugu & Hindi preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring for blue-collar and staff roles, coordinate interviews and onboarding
• Maintain attendance, shift and leave records; prepare payroll inputs
• Support compliance activities (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity) and maintain statutory registers
• Handle employee queries and basic grievances; support disciplinary actions
• Coordinate welfare activities including canteen, transport and safety

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Manpower Support

• Assist in hiring for blue-collar and staff roles

• Support contract labor hiring and vendor coordination

HR Operations

• Maintain attendance, shift, and leave records
• Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts
• Maintain employee records and documentation

Statutory Compliance

• Support compliance activities (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity)
• Maintain statutory registers
• Assist in audits and inspections

Employee Relations

• Handle employee queries and basic grievances
• Support disciplinary actions
• Maintain smooth shop-floor relations
