Job summary

Elevation Capital is seeking a strategic, execution-focused HR leader to oversee the people function across our corporate office and retail network in Bengaluru. You will design scalable HR systems, strengthen leadership capability, and drive a high-performance culture balanced between frontline retail and corporate talent.

You will partner with the CEO to shape org design, workforce planning, and succession, while building employer branding and robust performance management and compliance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading the HR function in a mid-stage, high-growth company.
• Hands-on experience in org design and building HR systems, processes, and frameworks from scratch.
• Solid understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.
• Experience managing both frontline retail teams and corporate talent.

This role will lead and build scalable people systems, strengthen leadership capability, and drive a high-performance culture across diverse employee groups. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of managing frontline retail teams and corporate talent, and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
