Job summary

Avenue Supermarts Limited - Dmart in Hyderabad is seeking an Officer - Human Resources to manage end-to-end store HR operations. You will serve as the single point of contact for HR activities, handle onboarding/exits, payroll, attendance, grievances, salary disbursement coordination, and benefits management.

The role also includes store-level training coordination and documentation, along with driving employee engagement initiatives to support smooth store functioning.
