Aufgaben

• Attendance & Leave Management (3P & Contract)
• Generate monthly attendance report as per biometric
• Cross-check with manual attendance
• Check for overtime & take approvals
• Maintain leave tracker for 3P employees
• Share attendance with vendor for billing
• Validate vendor bills (attendance, salary components, deductions, CTC, margins)
• Complete joining formalities and issue joining kit & statutory documents
• Collect documents (address, qualification, identity proofs, photos, medical cert)
• Ensure appointment/offer letters and ID cards for new joiners
• Configure biometric thumb impressions for all employees
• Open salary accounts and coordinate payroll
• Forward attendance data to HO/vendor after RM/FM approvals
• Distribute salary slips post payroll
• Maintain hard and soft employee records
• Maintain personnel files and conduct scanning/storage
• Maintain employee master data and grievances records
• Handle employee grievances with RM/FM & head
• Track transfers and complete related formalities
• Co-operate on PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and returns
• Maintain registers, displays & abstracts under Labour law
• Coordinate recruitment for 3P staff and on-roll roles
• Supervise housekeeping and ensure medical certificates for hires
• Ensure cleanliness and grooming standards
• Enforce dress code and shop-floor hygiene
• Induct new hires with policy briefing

Job Description : Store HR

• Attendance & Leave Management (3P & Contract)
• Generate the monthly attendance report as per biometric
• Cross check it with the manual attendance
• Check for out duties & take necessary approvals to proceed further
• Maintain leave tracker for 3P employees
• Share the attendance with the vendor Bill checking
• Once the vendor bill comes, check all the parameters like attendance, Gross salaries, Basic salary, Deductions, CTC, vendor margin. Invoice amount
• Joining Formalities
• Getting the Joining Kit & Statutory documents filled
• Collection of the all the necessary documents like Address proof, Qualification proof, Identity proof, Photos, Medical certificate
• Make sure the new joinees have Appointment letter, Offer Letter, ID cards
• Make sure that all employees (3P , Dmart , Mathadi & Labours) have their thumb impression configured in the biometric machine
• Opening of Salary accounts Payroll
• After taking the approval of RM & FM forward the attendance to HO/vendor for payroll processing
• Make sure that each employee gets salary slips after the salary disbursement Employee Records Maintenance
• Maintaining hard copy file & Scanning of all joining documents & storing in soft form
• Maintaining an excel file covering all the employment & personal details of an employee Employee Grievances
• Managing employee grievances & sorting them in co-ordination with RM, FM & Functional Head (if required)
• Tracking Transfers & completion of formalities Tracking of transfer cases Statutory Compliance
• Managing PF, ESIC , Professional Tax, LWF, Returns in co-ordination with the reporting heads & consultant
• Maintaining registers, Displays & Abstract under Labor law Recruitment & Man Management
