Sattva Group is seeking an Executive Guest Relations to manage guest interactions at our residential project sites in Bangalore. You will welcome visitors, coordinate site visits, and ensure a warm, professional, and seamless experience for all guests.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in guest relations or hospitality, strong communication skills, and a proactive, customer-oriented attitude. Graduation is not mandatory; prior experience in related fields is a plus.

• Welcome and greet visitors, prospective customers, channel partners, and other guests at the project site.
• Manage visitor registration and maintain accurate records of guest visits.
• Coordinate with the sales and presales teams to facilitate customer site visits and project walkthroughs.
• Provide basic project-related information and direct visitors to the appropriate teams.
• Manage guest queries and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
• Ensure the reception, waiting areas, and customer interaction spaces are clean, organized, and presentable.
• Coordinate refreshments and other hospitality arrangements for visitors, as required.
• Support the team in managing customer events, project launches, and other on-site activities.
• Follow established service standards and ensure a positive visitor experience at all times.

About the Role We are looking for a courteous, customer-focused, and presentable Executive Guest Relations to manage guest interactions at Sattva Group’s ongoing residential projects. The role involves welcoming visitors, assisting prospective customers and guests, coordinating site visits, and ensuring a warm, professional, and seamless experience at the project premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet visitors, prospective customers, channel partners, and other guests at the project site.
• Manage visitor registration and maintain accurate records of guest visits.
• Coordinate with the sales and presales teams to facilitate customer site visits and project walkthroughs.
• Provide basic project-related information and direct visitors to the appropriate teams.
• Manage guest queries and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.
• Ensure the reception, waiting areas, and customer interaction spaces are clean, organized, and presentable.
• Coordinate refreshments and other hospitality arrangements for visitors, as required.
• Support the team in managing customer events, project launches, and other on-site activities.
• Follow established service standards and ensure a positive visitor experience at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0–3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, customer service, hospitality, or a similar role.
• Candidates from a hotel, hospitality, airline, retail, or premium customer service background will be preferred.
• Graduation is not mandatory; candidates with good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude are welcome.
• Excellent verbal communication with pleasant personality, professional grooming, and a courteous approach.
• Strong coordination skills and a willingness to assist visitors proactively.Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with visitor management or MS Office tools would be an advantage.
