Job summary

Quikjet Cargo Airlines is seeking an Executive – Flight Operations in Bengaluru to provide essential administrative and coordination support to the Flight Operations team. The role requires a highly organised aviation professional with strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills to manage multiple priorities.

You will maintain training/licensing records, support DGCA/internal reporting, and help manage flight operations documentation, budgets, and MIS dashboards, ensuring timely

• Experience maintaining records to regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely execution of Flight Operations activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew travel, ticketing and HOTAC arrangements, including changes and cancellations.
• Maintain crew training, licensing, and currency records per DGCA and company requirements.
• Support training logistics and preparation of DGCA/internal reports.
• Manage and distribute Flight Operations manuals, notices, instructions and documentation.
• Coordinate invoices, payments, reconciliations and budget tracking with Finance.
• Maintain MIS, dashboards, trackers and operational reports.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to Flight Operations management.
