Job summary

Common Service Centres (CSC) seeks an Executive – Financial Inclusion (FI) to support the rollout of FI services through CSC VLEs in Chhattisgarh. The role includes training VLEs, activating services, and coordinating with the Head Office to implement new FI initiatives.

The candidate should have a graduation and 2+ years of relevant experience, with strong communication and coordination skills, and willingness to travel within the state.

Responsibilities

• Issue Resolution: Understand and resolve issues raised by VLEs related to FI services and coordinate with teams for timely resolution.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Executive – Financial Inclusion (FI) to support the implementation, activation, and delivery of Financial Inclusion services through CSC VLEs in Chhattisgarh. The role will involve VLE training, service activation, coordination with the CSC Head Office, and resolution of service-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• VLE Training
  • Conduct training and awareness sessions for VLEs on various Financial Inclusion services.
  • Guide VLEs on the process, features, and usage of FI services.
• VLE Activation
  • Drive activation and adoption of Financial Inclusion services among VLEs.
  • Follow up with VLEs to ensure regular usage and transactions.
• Coordination with CSC Head Office
  • Coordinate with the CSC Head Office and relevant teams for FI-related activities.
  • Ensure timely communication and implementation of new initiatives, updates, and service requirements.
• Issue Resolution
  • Understand and resolve issues raised by VLEs related to Financial Inclusion services.
  • Coordinate with concerned teams for timely resolution of technical, operational, or service-related issues.
  • Maintain records of issues and follow up until closure.
