Position Title: District Coordinator - WEE
Number of Position: 1
Reporting: Project Associate - WEE
Location: Patna / Bhojpur / Muzaffarpur / Nalanda, Bihar
Type: Project Based
Qualification Required: A post-graduate degree/diploma in management, social work, rural development, or a related field.
PCI intends to work on supporting JEEViKA in LokOS Data Digitization for Enhanced Credit, through a 12-month intensive engagement, covering 4 districts of Bihar - Patna, Bhojpur, Muzaffarpur and Nalanda - across 70 Cluster Level Federations (CLFs) and 5.95 lakh SHG women.
The assignment requires a field-led implementation approach to translate LokOS digitisation into sustained, accurate and credit-relevant transaction data at scale. Working closely with Jeevika (Bihar State Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society), PCI will drive SHG and VO transaction-data training and adoption, data-quality assurance, handholding, operational problem-solving and structured reporting, contributing to the plan of supporting 0.8 million active, regularised transaction-data records.
The project centres on moving Bihar s SHG/VO ecosystem beyond one-time training towards sustained usage, regularised transaction data, strengthened Bookkeeper (BK) capability, and clean, integration-ready CLF-level data to support future credit-model integration.
The District Coordinator will act as the last-mile link between the state-level program structure and the community. S/he will coordinate with the district CF team to align on planning, resource needs and joint activities, and will travel extensively to clusters and blocks to conduct trainings and provide direct, on-ground implementation support to frontline SRLM teams and community members.
