Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Ltd. seeks a Deputy Manager-Financial Inclusion to drive enrollment, certification and savings for low-income customers through financial literacy and hands-on training across multiple field locations.

The role requires extensive field travel (100%) and strong communication and community engagement skills to coordinate with branch teams and supervisors for successful FLP activities.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Graduate.
• Experience: Fresher/1 year of experience.
• Certifications: NA.
• Functional Skills: basic computer knowledge; basic report writing; excellent communication; ability to train beneficiaries; basic English; interest in engaging with communities; 100% travelling to field.

Responsibilities

• Achieve enrolment, certification and savings targets by educating customers about financial products.
• Facilitate access to financial tools and coordinate with branch teams.
• Maintain registers and MISs in a timely manner.
• Educate customers on financial products and tools; convert interested customers to products.
• Train beneficiaries on financial literacy programs and gather feedback for supervisors.
• Maintain good relations with branch teams and supervisors for smooth FLP operations.
• Train branches on programs; maintain MIS and reporting systems.

Role purpose objective: Diksha and Chillar Bank are financial literacy programs which have been designed to give low-income families across India the knowledge and tools they need to save safely, reduce financial risk, and make informed, intelligent financial decisions. Preraka are key resources who help in executing this program by providing training to the customers.

Responsibilities

• Accomplishing the set Targets for Enrolment, Certification and Savings accounts for the Customers by educating them about various financial products.
• Facilitate the access of necessary financial tools for the customers to help in financial planning. Support the Branch Teams with necessary coordination with the customers.
• Maintaining and updating registers and MISs on time

  • Converting the interested customers for various financial products of Ujjivan
  • Facilitate the access of necessary financial tools for the customers to help in financial planning.

  • Impart trainings on the financial literacy programs to the customers to help them with better financial planning.
  • Record and furnish the feedback from the customer to the Supervisors.
  • Maintain good work relationship Ujjivan Branch Team and its Supervisors for smooth functioning of the FLP activities at allotted branches.
• Internal Process
