Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Bengaluru is seeking an Executive - F&B to oversee café operations across all sites. The role requires driving plans for food services, monitoring menus, and engaging employees to elevate the cafe experience.

Hotelier with facilities management exposure is helpful and you will implement SOPs, budgets, and audits to ensure compliance and quality. You will coordinate with vendors and scale new cafeterias as offices expand.

• Experience in F&B operations across multiple sites.
• Hotelier with facilities management experience is helpful.
• Ability to monitor costs and implement service improvements.

Responsibilities

• F&B Executive will be responsible for café operations at all sites.
• Drives comprehensive plans on food services.
• F&B operations monitoring as per COVID and post COVID situations.
• Monitoring menu, employee engagement activities.
• Implement innovated ideas to enhance Employee experience for café services
• Controlling costs wherever possible, scrutiny of expenses.
• Collecting feedback and complaints from employees and implementing the same to enhance service quality.
• Managing and training F&B staff.
• Coordinate with vendors / clients and ensure smooth operations.
• Technology implementation across the activities/operations.
• Setting up new cafeterias in upcoming offices, highlight necessary improvements.
• Quality control, Reviews and periodic meetings with stake holders or vendors.
• Implementation of SOP's and periodic updation.
• Internal and External audits related to F&B, ensure proper compliance.
• Preparation of Events calendar, execution.
