Job summary

Hatsun Agro Product in Telangana seeks a senior maintenance professional to lead electrical and mechanical maintenance across manufacturing operations. You will plan daily activities, coordinate maintenance teams, manage equipment histories, and drive improvements to ensure reliable production and safety standards.

The role requires 12–20 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting, with BE qualifications in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation and strong leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct maintenance activities in manufacturing operations.
• Plan day-to-day activities and allocate work to achieve yearly targets.
• Maintain history cards for all plant equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
• Coordinate with outside agencies/vendors for repair and maintenance work.
• Involved in erection and commissioning of new machinery and training engineers/technicians.
• Ensure standards are maintained and reports are prepared.

Role & responsibilities

Responsible and Accountable for providing effective direction and coordination of all

Maintenance activities in manufacturing operation process.

• To check all long books daily and take correctives measures accordingly.
• Planning daytoday activities, periodic schedules and work allocation for achieving minimum

Break down targets with a vision of developing & maintaining yearly operation.

• Daily coordination of the maintenance department in his area of responsibility.
• Advise on the duty roster for his area of responsibility.
• Maintain history card for all the plant equipment.
• Ensure correct maintenance of all equipment in conjunction with the other user departments.
• Ensure that operational problem are promptly broght to the attention of the technical

Supervisor.

• At regular intervals, inspect the working condition of equipment and engineering system and

Ensure that all standards are maintained.

• Able to take decision in order to ensure successful operation.
• Prepare reports, maintain inventories, and keep accurate records.
• Monitor and record utility consumption.
• Should have good knowledge of Capex and Opex item.
• Able to make Quotation Finalization.
• Any other job or duties assigned by the management as and when required.
• To coordinate with the outside agencies or vendors for repair and maintenance work.
