Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy is hiring for a role focused on operating and maintaining complex utilities systems in a GMP-regulated setting. The job covers boilers, chillers, HVAC, water systems, nitrogen/vacuum, and continuous production support.

You will plan preventive maintenance, execute maintenance schedules, troubleshoot issues, and support audits, deviations, and CAPA related to utilities and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Operate and maintain utilities systems including boilers, steam distribution, chillers and HVAC, cooling towers, compressed air, PW/DM/soft water, nitrogen and vacuum systems.
• Monitor utility parameters and ensure continuous, uninterrupted supply to production.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Prepare and follow maintenance schedules, SOPs and checklists.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and utility-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all activities comply with cGMP, WHO-GMP, USFDA, and EHS norms.
• Maintain equipment history cards, logbooks, calibration and maintenance records.
• Support internal, customer and regulatory audits.
• Handle deviations, change controls, and CAPA related to utilities and maintenance.
