Qualifications

• BE/diploma Mechanical with 2–7 years of experience.
• Knowledge of preventive and maintenance activities for utilities (RO/Softener/Compressor/DG/UPS/Sub-station).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and MIS preparation.

Responsibilities

• Arrange spares to minimize breakdown time.
• Reduce breakdown percentages and ensure preventive maintenance.
• Create maintenance plans and issue PRs for materials.
• Ensure incident- and pollution-free environments; strive for zero incidents.
• Monitor utilities and oversee safety training; coordinate with seniors.
• Lead routine and preventive maintenance and track performance metrics.

Requirements&Skills

a. Educational Qualifications andExperience

BE/diploma Mechanical with 02 to 7Yrs. of experience

b. Functional Skills

• Technical Knowledge of handling preventive and maintenance activity ofutility viz RO/Softener/Compressor/DG set/UPS/ Sub-station etc.
• Knowledge of control logic and understand electrical schematic drawing.
• Technical Knowledge & proficiency of maintenanceactivity of heavy engineering industry.
• Knowledge of system (ERP) and preparation of MIS.
• Analysis of expenses and planbudgetary expenses.
