Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a qualified professional to manage electrical distribution and safety compliance across field operations. The role requires coordinating with internal teams, field staff, and consumers to allocate tasks, monitor first-time restoration performance, and document investigations for fire incidents.

Responsibilities

• Allocation of No power Complaints in FFA to field staff & monitoring First attempt time and NPC restoration time
• Communication with consumer & internal departments as and when required
• Site visit and preparation of Preliminary Investigation Report for Fire cases
• Communication and response to any Emergency situation/ mock drills
• Carrying out Tools, PPE, Quality, and safety audit, monitor OCP compliances
• Analysis of NPC & ensure communication of performance trends and objectives
• SAP entries like work allocation, completion, outage, SES preparation, Material reconciliation
• Conduct regular inspections (safety walk) and ensure safety compliance at workplace
• Identify and report unsafe act and conditions and ensure corrective action
• Monitor adherence to safe practice/ OCPs, IMS and OH&S policy
• Conduct root cause analysis of non-conformance and identify corrective/ preventive action
• Ensure reporting of incidents immediately and assist during investigation process
• Provide suggestions for continual improvement of OH&S
