Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Executive - Delivery to join our passionate team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the execution of eco-habitat projects, ensuring quality construction, timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to sustainable development principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute civil construction works for residential and community infrastructure in eco-habitat projects.
• Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and other documents to ensure design intent and compliance.
• Supervise contractors, vendors, and site engineers to ensure high standards of workmanship, quality, and safety.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and material procurement in coordination with the project management team.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify issues, and implement corrective measures promptly.
• Collaborate with architects, sustainability consultants, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated project execution.
• Ensure implementation of eco-friendly construction practices and materials in alignment with Organo’s sustainability goals.
• Maintain documentation of construction activities, quality checks, compliance reports, and progress updates.
• Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality benchmarks for future projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 6–10 years of hands‑on experience in real estate, residential construction, or infrastructure development.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, structural systems, and project management tools.
• Prior experience with sustainable or green building practices is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale sites with multiple stakeholders and concurrent activities.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
