Job summary

Organo Eco Habitats is seeking a Planning Manager to lead the successful execution of residential and mixed-use sustainable projects. You will prepare and monitor schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery in line with our eco-conscious ethos.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering and 8+ years of planning experience in real estate or construction, with proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant planning experience in real estate or construction.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent PM tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules using MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Monitor progress and prepare periodic reports on status, timelines, and budget.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, execution, and vendor teams to align timelines.
• Analyze delays and prepare recovery plans to mitigate risks.
• Assist in resource planning and allocation across multiple project sites.
• Track critical path activities and update baseline schedules.
• Support project documentation including WBS, S-curves, and look-ahead plans.
• Work with PM team to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Implement eco-conscious planning methods aligned with sustainability principles.
