Key Responsibilities Of The Proposed Role

• Booking of Sales order in SAP S4HANA System.
• Payment collection / Recovery - coordination and follow up with Branch Sales coordinator / Salesperson / Customer ( By Emails / Phone)
• Preparation of Hundi documents for payments thru Bank

Required Skills & Experience (to be included in the JD)

• 3–4 years of hands‑on experience in Customer Services
• Expertise in SAP of Quotation / Sales Order creation – ( New order / Credit note request / Debit note request / Customer Returns SO modules)
• Should be aware of Sales & Marketing field working style
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Soft Skills like Teamwork/Communication etc.
