Responsabilités

• Liaise with banks, NBFCs and FIs for loans from negotiation to drawdown and resolve day-to-day queries.
• Identify and negotiate with potential lenders and other stakeholders.
• Prepare MIS for management to identify changes and funding requirements.
• Monitor security margin levels, payouts, interest resets, etc.
• Handle documentation, charge filings and ensure loan covenants compliance and timely regulatory filings.
• Post-sanction monitoring of loan covenants and compliance.
• Structure transactions and manage cash flow including MIS for promoter entities.
• Assist in project execution ensuring timely completion and covenant monitoring.
• Analyze financial performance, valuations and provide insights to management.
• Develop and analyze financial models to support business decisions.
• Coordinate with trustees, rating agencies; ensure RBI, FEMA compliance.
• Coordinate M&A and restructuring activities of the group.
• Basic knowledge of income tax, GST and corporate law.
• Cash flow management and allocations to optimize liquidity.
• Well-versed in financing solutions like LC, bank guarantees.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes.

Job Profile:

• 1. Liaising with Banks, NBFCs and Financial Institutions for raising loans from negotiation till final drawdown and handling day to day queries, optimizing funding arrangements and managing relationships.
• 2. Identifying and negotiating with potential lenders and other stakeholders.
• 3. MISs preparation for management, to identify changes, top-up / top-down requirements etc.
• 4. Ensuring optimum security margin levels, monitoring its payouts, Put - Call, Interest resets etc.
• 5. Documentation handling, executions, charge filings etc., ensuring compliance for all active loans, covenants etc. and timely submission of regulatory reports and filings.
• 6. Post sanction monitoring of loan compliances and covenants of loans.
• 7. Transaction structuring and cashflow management including preparation, collation and monitoring of MIS for promoter entities.
• 8. Assisting in execution of specific projects and ensuring timely completion and compliance including post execution covenant monitoring.
• 9. Analyzing financial performance, valuation reports and providing insights to management.
• 10. Developing and analyzing financial models to support business decisions
• 11. Coordination and closures with trustees, rating agencies, monitoring compliance with RBI, FEMA and other regulatory requirements
• 12. Co-ordinating in M&A and Restructuring / Re-alignment Activities of the Group.
• 13. Having a basic knowledge of income tax, GST and Corporate law
• 14. Cash flow management and allocations of funds to optimize liquidity
• 15. Well-versed in financing solutions like Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantees etc.

Education Profile (Include years & areas of experience): CA or MBA
