Job summary

Brigade Group seeks a finance professional to manage fund raising activities, including preparing cash flows, coordinating data for loan proposals, and liaising with banks. You will work with internal teams to ensure timely compliance with pre-disbursement conditions, finalize loan documents with the legal team, and monitor ongoing facility covenants

Responsibilities

• Fund raising: prepare projected cash flows and data for loan proposals; coordinate with departments for fund proposals; liaise with banks for funding.
• Credit rating: coordinate data for rating exercises and liaise with rating agencies.
• Investor presentation: prepare quarterly investor data sheets and related MIS.
• Treasury: review daily bank balances and project monthly fund flows; explore surplus investments.

Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Fund raising:

• Preparation of projected cash flows & IM for new loan proposals.
• Co-ordination with inter & intra departments for collation of data required for fund proposal
• Floating funding proposal with banks/financial institutions
• Preparing comparison note between the lenders worked on the proposal
• Arranging data for required to comply with pre-disbursement conditions such as valuation, TSR, CA certificates etc.
• Finalizing the loan related documents in co-ordination with legal team for execution loan agreements, indemnities, declarations, security documents such as MOE, DOH, etc
• Documentation of loan facilities availed
• Ensure creation of security within timelines with SRO and ROC and co-ordination with internal legal/liaison and lender for the same
• Annual review of various facilities
• Ensuring compliance with various covenants of the facility agreement
• Liaising with financial institutions for day-to-day operational requirements
• Other fund-raising related activities

Credit rating:

• Submission of data to rating agents of group entities rated by them & ensuring completion of rating exercise within the timelines.
• Co-ordinating with rating agencies for finalizing rating rationale, credit perspective report, etc

Investor presentation

• Preparation of quarterly Investor Presentation - Collating data from various departments, preparation of project detail sheet & other related data.
• Other MIS requirements

Treasury:

• Exploring investment opportunities of surplus funds in Mutual funds/FDs after analysing the returns on investment
• Daily Bank balance review
• Monthly fund flow projection for the group
