Job summary

NIIT Foundation, Navi Mumbai, is seeking a energetic Mobilizer for the Digital Transformation Van project. You will mobilize youth from local communities and schools, conduct door-to-door visits, organize awareness sessions, and support enrollment in DTV courses.

Qualifications

• Experience in mobilization, sales, or community outreach (NGO/skill development sector preferred).
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and community visits.
• Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize youth from nearby communities, slum areas, and schools for enrollment in DTV courses.
• Conduct door-to-door visits, community meetings, and awareness sessions.
• Counsel students and parents about the benefits of digital literacy and IT training.
• Support the registration and documentation process of students.
• Maintain daily mobilization reports and share updates with the Project Coordinator.
• Coordinate with local leaders, NGOs, and schools to increase outreach.
• Assist in organizing awareness programs and community engagement activities.
• Ensure achievement of monthly enrollment targets.

About the Project

The Digital Transformation Van (DTV) project aims to provide IT and digital literacy training to youth in underserved communities and bridge the digital divide.

Position Overview
