Job summary

NIIT Foundation in Bangalore North, India, is hiring to deliver financial literacy sessions and manage participant registrations for DigiLocker and Government schemes.   • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in grassroots project implementation or team supervision.
  • Open to travel and relocate to project location.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with community mobilization and training processes.
  • Fluency in the local language and basic proficiency in English and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver financial literacy sessions as per curriculum and session plan.
  • Register participants on DigiLocker and Government schemes with required proofs.
  • Maintain attendance, DigiLocker, and scheme documents; report to leaders.
  • Set up training venues with required equipment and materials.
  • Coordinate with Mobilizers and Location Leader for session schedules.
  • Support smooth execution of field activities.
  • Submit daily or weekly reports to Location Leader/PM.
  • Assist in reaching target group and organizing FL sessions.
  • Help carry training materials to locations for distribution.

Job Description
  • Deliver financial literacy sessionas per the approved curriculum and session plan.
  • Register participant onDigiLocker and Government Schemes and capture the required proof for the same
  • Maintain and report theattendance, DigiLocker and Government Schemes proof and documents
  • Ensure and set up trainingvenues with necessary equipment and materials.
  • Coordinate with Mobilizers andLocation Leader for session schedules.

Requirements
