Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluency in local language with basic English.

Job Description

• Mobilize eligible community members and youth to enroll in Community Courses and Insurance Courses under the MIBL Project.
  
• Conduct door-to-door visits, community meetings, awareness campaigns, and outreach activities to promote the courses.
  
• Identify potential candidates and explain course objectives, eligibility criteria, duration, benefits, and career opportunities.
  
• Coordinate with community leaders, local institutions, NGOs, and other stakeholders to maximize participant enrollment.
  
• Support the registration, documentation, verification, and admission process of candidates for both Community and Insurance courses.
  
• Encourage regular attendance and participation of enrolled candidates and follow up with participants who are absent or inactive.
  
• Provide basic information about insurance concepts, financial protection, insurance products, and career opportunities to prospective learners, as per approved project materials.
  
• Facilitate communication between learners, trainers, and the MIBL Project team and address routine participant queries.
  
• Maintain accurate records of mobilization, registrations, attendance, course participation, and field activities, and submit regular reports.
  
• Conduct regular field visits, collect community feedback, support course completion and placement/linkage activities, and perform other mobilization responsibilities assigned by the Project Coordinator.
  

Requirements

Graduate with Relevant work experience and Insurance sector

• Bachelor’s degree in SocialWork, Commerce Education, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–5 years of experiencein grassroots project implementation , Self driven
• Open to travel and relocate at the project location
• Strong leadership,communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with communitymobilization and training processes.
• Fluency in the local languageand basic proficiency in English and MS Office.
