Job summary

NIIT Foundation invites a Field Officer to mobilize communities and promote course enrollment through door-to-door outreach. He/she will engage students, ensure attendance, and support counseling in local sessions.

The candidate should be a graduate (commerce preferred) with 3 years of field experience and basic MS Office skills, prepared to work in rural areas and collaborate with schools and local leaders.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Commerce with 3 years of experience.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Comfortable engaging with the community and convincing students to enrol in courses.

Responsibilities
