Job summary

NIIT Foundation in India is seeking a proactive Student Engagement Coordinator to organize and coordinate student activities, handle queries, and facilitate access to resources.

You will maintain engagement logs, share reports, track attendance, and coordinate with SPOCs for training sessions. The role requires excellent communication, a cheerful personality, multitasking ability, and willingness to travel extensively during sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized institution.
• Prior experience in student engagement, counseling, or customer service is a plus.
• Comfortable working with youth and managing group dynamics.
• Must be open for extensive travelling along with trainer support during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate student engagement activities and initiatives.

• Encourage student participation and create a vibrant learning atmosphere.

Job Description

• Must be open for extensive travelling along with trainerfor supporting in various activities during the session (preferably male candidate).
