Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SOPs, RACI & Internal Controls projects.
• Update ICoFR checklist and upload for testing.
• Circulate status on ICoFR testing.
• Issue RACI across businesses.
• Document all projects executed by the team.
• Maintain a tracker of projects and circulate MIS.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.

Job description

BPC Audit Executive

As a BPC Audit Executive, you will design SOPs, Internal Controls & RACI matrix across all the companies in Godrej. You will be working as a part of the Business Process & Controls team in the corporate audit & assurance department. You are expected to be proactive, process-driven, and adaptable to challenging demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and executing SOPs, RACI & Internal Controls projects as per the defined timelines.
• Updating ICoFR checklist/Operational controls checklist and uploading the same for testing on Quick Control/Quick Check portal.
• Circulating status on ICoFR testing with the respective teams as per defined timelines.
• Timely and user‑friendly issuance of RACI across businesses.
• Maintaining adequate documentation of all the projects executed by the Business Process and Controls team.
• Maintaining a tracker of all the projects (SOPs, Controls, RACI, etc.) carried out by the team and circulating MIS for team discussion.
• Participating in ad‑hoc projects/assignments as requested by management/internal audit team as necessary.

Education

Bachelor of Commerce / M‑Com (Finance)

Experience

2-4 years of proven experience in SOPs drafting and Internal Controls with renowned mid‑size or Big4 audit firms, having exposure to manufacturing or real‑estate vertical.

Skills

• Proficiency in the Microsoft family of products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Sound independent judgement.
• Working knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Experience in data analytics would be an added advantage.
