Job summary

Godrej Industries Group is seeking a BPC Audit Executive to design SOPs, internal controls and a RACI matrix across the group. You will be part of the Business Process & Controls team within corporate audit and assurance, driving proactive, process-driven improvements.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of experience in SOP drafting and internal controls, with exposure to manufacturing or real-estate sectors. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Draft SOPs and internal controls for multiple units.
• Experience with SOP drafting and internal controls in mid-size firms or Big4s.
• Manufacturing/real estate exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SOPs, RACI and internal controls projects on schedule.
• Update ICoFR and operational controls checklists and upload for testing.
• Circulate ICoFR testing status with teams on schedule.
• Issue RACI matrices across businesses in a timely manner.
• Maintain documentation for all BP&C projects.
• Maintain project trackers and circulate MIS reports.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed.

About The Role As a BPC Audit Executive, you will design SOPs, Internal Controls & RACI matrix across all the companies in Godrej. You will be working as a part of the Business Process & Controls team in the corporate audit & assurance department. You are expected to be proactive, process-driven, and adaptable to challenging demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and executing SOPs, RACI & Internal Controls project as per the defined timelines.
• Updation of ICoFR checklist/ Operational controls checklist and upload the same for testing on Quick Control/ Quick Check portal.
• Circulate status on ICoFR testing with the respective teams as per defined timelines.
• Timely and user-friendly issuance of RACI across businesses
• Maintain adequate documentation of all the project executed by Business Process and Controls team
• Maintain tracker of all the Projects (SOPs, Controls, RACI, etc) carried out by the team and circulate MIS for team discussion
• Participate in ad-hoc projects/assignments as requested by management / internal audit team as necessary.

Education: Bachelor of Commerce / M-Com (Finance)

Experience: Proven experience in SOPs drafting and Internal Controls with Renowned Mid-size firms/Big4 audit firms having exposure to manufacturing /real-estate vertical.

Skills

• Proficiency in the Microsoft family of products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Sound independent judgement.
• Working knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Experience in data analytics would be an added advantage.
