The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide strategic and administrative support to the President -Markets, ensuring effective coordination of investor relations, business proposals, revenue initiatives, and high-level stakeholder engagements. The role demands strong analytical skills, investor-facing professionalism, and proactive follow-up capabilities.

Pay Band
- Commensurate with qualifications and experience. (in the pay-scale of Rs.44,900-142,400 as per 7th CPC)
Qualifications
- Bachelors of Engineering and MBA (preferred). Minimum 60% in graduation and higher studies.
Experience
- 6+ years’ experience in executive support roles in infrastructure, construction, or engineering sector
Skills
- Strong financial and analytical aptitude.
- Presentation and communication excellence.

Role Descriptions
Executive & Strategic Support
- Manage the President’s calendar, investor meetings, and external engagements.
- Prepare business presentations, pitch decks, financial summaries, and briefing notes.
- Assist in preparation of Board notes and business strategy papers.
- Draft high-level correspondence with investors, partners, and government authorities.
Investor & Business Coordination
- Track investor pipeline, proposals, and deal closures.
- Maintain database of prospects, MoUs, LOIs, and agreements.
- Coordinate due diligence documentation and follow-ups with internal teams.
- Support organization of investor roadshows and promotional events.
MIS & Performance Tracking
- Compile revenue reports, occupancy data, and business performance dashboards.
- Track targets vs. achievements and key strategic initiatives.
- Ensure timely submission of reports to management and committees.
Confidentiality & Governance
- Maintain confidentiality of commercial negotiations and sensitive financial data.
- Ensure documentation compliance with internal policies.
