- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, vendors, investors, and internal leadership teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional discussions and ensure alignment across business units.
- Represent the CEO's Office with professionalism, discretion, and strong business acumen.
- Ensure seamless information flow and timely communication among stakeholders.

- Support business reviews by gathering relevant data, synthesizing key insights, and highlighting opportunities or concerns.
- Assist with strategic initiatives, partnerships, business development activities, and special projects.
- Coordinate activities across multiple group companies and functions.
- Drive operational excellence through structured follow-ups and process improvements.
Executive Office Administration
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, events, leadership meetings, and offsites.
- Manage confidential documentation, records, and expense-related processes.
- Develop and implement systems that improve productivity and efficiency within the CEO's Office.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of executive operations.
