The Executive Assistant to the CEO will serve as a trusted strategic partner, providing comprehensive executive, administrative, and operational support to the CEO. The role involves managing the CEOs office (not calendar management), coordinating strategic initiatives, driving Annual Operating Plan (AOP) execution, preparing business dashboards, facilitating stakeholder engagement, tracking action items, and ensuring seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders.
The incumbent will act as the CEOs representative in various forums, shadow the CEO during key meetings, prepare insightful presentations, and drive governance through effective follow-up and execution monitoring.

Support the CEO in the preparation, monitoring, and execution of Annual Operating Plans (AOP).
Coordinate with functional heads to track key business deliverables and milestones.
Consolidate performance reports against approved AOP targets.
Monitor strategic initiatives and ensure timely closure of action items.
Prepare periodic business reviews and strategic progress updates.
Timely tracking of AOP milestones.
Percentage of strategic initiatives monitored and completed.
Accuracy of business performance reporting.
Attend leadership meetings and strategic review sessions alongside the CEO.
Prepare detailed Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and circulate them promptly.
Develop and maintain Action Taken Reports (ATR) for all key meetings.
Track commitments made by various departments and ensure timely completion.
Escalate overdue actions and highlight execution risks to the CEO.
Timely circulation of MoMs.
ATR closure percentage.
Develop high-quality presentations for: Board meetings, Leadership reviews, Business updates, Strategy sessions
Create business reports, briefing notes, speeches, and communication materials.
Ensure all presentations are data-backed and aligned with organizational objectives.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Commerce, or related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Business Planning, PMO, Corporate Strategy, or CEO Office roles.
Experience in EdTech, Education, Consulting, Technology, or High-Growth Business environments preferred.
