Job summary

ReNew in Gurugram is seeking a Finance Executive with 2–5 years of experience to perform Inter Company reconciliations, payroll bookings and MIS reporting, and to support month-end closing. You will work closely with stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues and ensure accurate financial records.

Candidate should have GST/TDS knowledge, experience with SAP/ERP, and strong Excel and analytics skills; a bachelor’s or master’s in accounting/commerce is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of GST, TDS, invoice compliance, and accounting principles.
  • Knowledge of MIRO Postings and Rectifications.
  • Experience with SAP/ERP systems and invoice processing.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Strong MIS reporting and analytical capabilities.

Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Perform Inter Company (Inter Co) Reconciliations.

  • Prepare MIS reports as per internal and external stakeholder requirements.

  • Manage Payroll Booking and Reconciliation activities.

  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes.

  • Handle stakeholder and vendor escalations and ensure timely resolution.

  • Assist internal and external audits by providing required data, documents, and clarifications.



Required Knowledge & Skills


  • Understanding of GST, TDS, invoice compliance, and accounting principles.

  • Knowledge of MIRO Postings and Rectifications.
