Job summary

ReNew seeks an Assistant Manager - Wind Asset Management to monitor site operations and optimize wind assets. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize asset yield while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely O&M reviews.

The role requires 5–10 years of relevant experience, a degree in Electrical Engineering, and will be based at Gurgaon with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 5–10 years of experience in wind asset management or similar.
• Location: Gurgaon, India.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the site operation and wind asset management activities.
• Interface and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain maximum asset yield.
• Track compliance with applicable legal, regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Oversee asset performance as per business KPIs (LPF, MA, GA, RA).
• Budget planning and tracking.
• Maintain and follow up the risk management tracker.
• Regulatory and vendor invoice processing.
• Organise fortnightly reviews of O&M performance with state team.
• Monitor and track site O&M issues for closure.

Position: Assistant Manager - Wind Asset Management

Education: B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

• To Monitor the site operation and wind asset management activities
• Obtain the maximum yield from the assets and Interface and coordinate with internal and external stake holders
• Track the compliance with applicable legal, regulatory and statutory requirements
• To oversee the asset performance as per business KPIs(i.e LPF-, MA, GA, RA)
• Budget planning and tracking
• Maintain and follow ups the risk management tracker
• Regulatory and Vendor Invoice processing
• Organise the fortnightly reviews of O&M performance with state team
• Monitoring and Tracking the site O&M issues for clouser
