Job summary

ReNew is hiring a Manager Contracts - RE (Solar / Wind) for its Gurgaon site. The role focuses on finalising term-sheets with OEMs, negotiating O&M agreements, and ensuring contractual compliance across wind assets. Ten-plus years of contract experience with exposure to wind/IPPs is preferred.

The candidate should understand statutory requirements, manage vendor relationships, and support mergers and acquisitions conduct with the operations and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or MBA with 10–12 years in contracts.
• Understanding of IPP Wind business and contractual terms.
• Experience in contract management, vendor management and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Discuss and finalize term-sheets with OEMs for wind assets.
• Finalize O&M agreements for new business opportunities.
• Negotiate and finalize O&M contracts between SPV and OEMs.
• Ensure adherence to contractual terms; circulate key terms to teams.
• Support due diligence and highlight gaps for acquisitions.
• Handle contractual correspondence and vendor queries; interface with OEMs.
• Provide data and information to legal for dispute support.

Role - Manager Contracts - RE (Solar / Wind)

Location - Gurgaon

Qualification - Engineering Graduate / MBA.

Experiecne - 10 to 12 Years of experience Understanding of Contractual Terms,

KRA :-

1. 1 Discussion and finalization of term-sheets execution with various OEMs for planned Construction of wind assets.
2. 2 External O&M BusinessDiscussion and finalization of O&M Agreements for new business opportunity of ReNew's service entity
3. 3 External O&M Agreements:Discussion and finalization of O&M Agreements execution between ReNew Project SPV and OEMs for O&M Services for the planned Construction of wind assets ensuring the requirements of Finance, Technical, Tax, operation teams and other concerned teams.
4. 4 Contract Compliance:Ensuring timely preparation of Key contractual terms and circulate to concerned team for newly executed agreements for the adherence to Contractual terms
5. 5 Mergers and Acquisitions- Actively involved in Due diligence activities with respect to contractual adequacy and support to operations team by highlighting the identified gaps and taking up with concern.
6. 6 Contractual Correspondences:Understand the contractual issue and sending Notices to OEMs, works as Interface for OEMs for any contractual matter. Including Resolution of day to day contractual queries/ matters by discussion and engagement of internal team members and OEMS as per requirement.
7. 7 Litigation support:for any major disputes, assist legal team for providing the related information along with Supporting data.
