Job summary

Yuva Parivartan in Mumbai is seeking a recruitment specialist to manage the complete recruitment cycle from requisition to joining. You will source candidates through portals, referrals, social media, consultants, and other cost-effective channels, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
• Interview coordination and offer management. Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
• Experience in bulk hiring, field recruitment, or NGO recruitment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requisition to candidate joining.

• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Provide regular recruitment updates to hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Ensure recruitment targets and turnaround time (TAT) are achieved.
• Follow organizational recruitment policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
