• Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and analysis.
• Skill in analysing supply patterns and presenting findings to leadership.
• Deep knowledge of agricultural product quality standards and assessment.

• Maintain a 100% fill rate for all assigned product categories
• Ensure every delivery meets the agreed quality standards
• Coordinate stock movement according to timelines and established protocols
• Oversee third‑party workforce engaged in sourcing and logistics operations
• Complete all required paperwork and maintain compliance with procurement processes
• Arrange timely settlement of vendor payments
