Vashi Integrated Solutions Ltd. in Thane, India, is seeking a dynamic procurement professional to drive end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, manage RFQs, release Purchase Orders in SAP MM, and maintain procurement data in Excel.

You will develop new suppliers, negotiate terms, ensure compliance with procurement policies, and coordinate with stores, planning, and accounts to support on-time delivery. Strong communication and follow-up skills are essential to strengthen the supplier base and

Competenze

• Experience in industrial procurement and vendor management.
• End-to-end Procure-to-Pay execution, including RFQ, PO release and vendor coordination.
• Proficiency in SAP MM and MS Excel for procurement data management.
• Ability to analyze supplier quotes and negotiate favorable terms.
• Good communication and follow-up with vendors and internal teams.
