Job summary

Transformers & Rectifiers in Ahmedabad is seeking an experienced Accounts professional to handle vendor and expense accounting, reconcile multiple ledgers, and support month-end closings.

The role requires 2-5 years in Accounts & Finance, with GST/TDS knowledge and ERP experience (SAP/BAAN/LN) plus MS Excel; you will coordinate with auditors and ensure timely data submissions.

Qualifications

• Vendor & Expense Accounting: Timely and accurate booking of vendor invoices, overhead expenses and advances.
• Reconciliation & Closing: Vendor, bank and inter-company reconciliation, outstanding follow-up and month-end/quarter-end closing support.
• Vendor & Payment Management: Vendor creation, ledger reconciliation, MSME monitoring and payment/advance coordination.
• Audit & Reporting: Coordination with auditors and timely submission of required data, reports and reconciliations.
• GST & TDS Compliance: Support GST/TDS accounting, reconciliation, vendor compliance and timely resolution of related queries.

Responsibilities

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
  
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in vendor accounting/AP. (Preferable from manufacturing Industry Background)
  
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations and month-end closing.
  
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/BAAN/LN) and MS Excel.
