Noble Moulds in Delhi seeks an experienced accounting professional with a manufacturing industry background to manage day-to-day accounting operations, compliance, and reconciliations. The role demands a detail-oriented, process-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will handle vouchers, entries, AR/AP, banking, BRS, vendor and customer reconciliations, TDS and GST compliance, and assist in monthly/quarterly closing.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of general accounting and statutory compliance.
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing industry accounting.
• Experience with AR, AP, banking, BRS and vendor/customer reconciliation.
• Familiarity with TDS, GST and ERP accounting software.

Responsabilidades

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including vouchers, entries and ledger scrutiny.
• Manage AR and AP functions and bank operations.
• Prepare and post sales, purchase, journal and payment entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and vendor/customer reconciliations.
• Support GST compliance and monthly/quarterly closing.
• Coordinate with auditors and consultants as required.

We are looking for experienced accounting professionals from a manufacturing industry background only with strong hands-on knowledge of day-to-day accounting operations, compliance, and reconciliations. The candidate should be detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling day-to-day accounting operations including vouchers, entries, and ledger scrutiny
• Managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Preparation and posting of sales, purchase, journal, and payment entries
• Banking operations including payments, receipts, and fund management
• Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) on a regular basis
• Vendor reconciliation and follow-up for discrepancies
• Customer reconciliation and outstanding follow-ups
• Working knowledge of TDS (deduction, return filing support, and reconciliation)
• Support in GST compliance (returns, reconciliation, coordination with consultants)
• Assistance in monthly/quarterly closing activities
• Maintaining proper accounting records and documentation
• Coordination with internal departments, auditors, and consultants as required

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of General Accounting
• Hands-on experience in Manufacturing Industry accounting (mandatory)
• Practical exposure to AR, AP, Banking, BRS, Vendor & Customer Reconciliation
• Working knowledge of TDS, GST and all statutory compliance
• Familiarity with ERP / accounting software (Tally / SAP / any ERP preferred)
• Good command over MS Excel
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
