Job Description

The Senior Manager - Execution will oversee project coordination for Panel and Roofing works, leading a team of four coordinators. The role focuses on managing end-to-end project execution - from technical review and client interaction to material coordination, billing, and site supervision - ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality parameters.

• Assist the Sales and Marketing teams in identifying new projects and evaluating client drawings to derive quantities and areas.
  


• Coordinate with clients and consultants for technical clarifications, pre-order documentation, and order finalization.
  


• Conduct detailed review of Purchase Orders to identify deviations from quotations and ensure commercial accuracy.
  


• Allocate Coordinators and Site Engineers, and guide them in preparing job cards, drawings, and execution plans.
  


• Liaise with the Design and CAD teams for BOQ preparation and ensure timely material dispatches from the factory.
  


• Coordinate with Procurement for ancillary materials and Finance for release of advances and site funds.
  


• Monitor site execution through daily updates, resolving on-site technical issues, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  


• Oversee client billing, certification of measurements, and follow up for payment collection.
  


• Conduct site visits, attend kick-off and review meetings, and support amendment processes for scope or design changes.
  


• Prepare monthly performance reports and present annual departmental achievements.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
  


• 6-10 years of experience in project coordination or execution within paneling, roofing, or structural fabrication industries.
  


• Strong technical understanding of drawings, BOQs, and site management.
  


• Proven ability to handle multiple large-scale industrial/commercial projects independently.
  


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  


• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  


• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
