Job Purpose

Reporting to the CEO & MD, the role involves taking over sales orders for execution (Supply or SITC) from the sales function and ensuring all deliverables are met to secure on-time payments from customers. The responsibilities are divided into two main functions within Project Management:

• Project Delivery Management: Ensuring on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and prompt support.

• Order to Dispatch (Customer Project Delivery Manager): Study POs, identify critical stakeholders, capture expected delivery schedules, track technical and production clearances, update status trackers, and coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines.

• Dispatch to Payment (Field Project Managers): Coordinate logistics, ensure proper documentation, secure client sign-offs, resolve issues, and facilitate timely payments and project completion certificates.
