Job summary

Bajaj Auto Limited in India seeks an NVH CAE Analyst to perform advanced NVH analysis for two-, three-, and four-wheelers. The role covers meshing, modal/FRF and vibro-acoustic analysis, and correlating results with laboratory tests.

You will plan, execute, and report on analysis tasks, supporting countermeasures with the design team. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience, a mechanical engineering background (B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech), and hands-on experience with major CAE tools.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university or institute.
• M.E./M.Tech degrees considered.
• Minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years of related experience.
• Age between 23 and 27 years.
• Technical training in NVH/CAx tools and test correlation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out NVH CAE analysis for 2W/3W/4W platforms.
• Perform meshing and analysis across vehicle, engine, and subsystems.
• Execute modal/FRF/dynamic stiffness and vibro-acoustic analyses and correlate with tests.
• Plan and execute analysis tasks, meet time and quality targets.
• Recommend countermeasures to the design group based on results.
• Prepare analysis reports and document findings.

Job Role & Responsibilities

Role: To carry out NVH CAE Analysis of 2W / 3W / 4W. Should have analysis experience in following areas:

• Vehicle / Engine / Motor / Transmission / Parts etc Meshing and Assembly
• Vehicle / Engine / Motor / Transmission / Parts etc Modal / FRF / Dynamic Stiffness / Mobility Analysis
• Vehicle / Engine / Transmission Vibro Acoustic Analysis
• CAE-Test Correlation

Responsibilities:

• To plan and execute the meshing and analysis-based requirements/problems.
• To perform modal / FRF / NTF / Vibrations / Noise Radiation analysis and correlate with test
• Recommend countermeasures to the design group after analysis.
• To meet Time & Quality targets set for the activity.
• Analysis report preparation
