Lux Weddings & Events in Goa, India is seeking an experienced Event Production Specialist to oversee on-site execution, coordinate production teams, and manage site surveys for weddings, corporate events and more.

The role requires long irregular hours, including nights and weekends, and 3–5 years of related experience with an event management company. Post-secondary education is an asset, with a focus on event production or related fields.

• Manage event requirements, pre-event functions, meet and greets, weddings, corporate events.
• Provides any specific talent related event details to security, production credential lists and flame permits / inspection information

• Must have 3-5 years of relevant work experience with a event management company with Event Production expertise (which includes working with venues
• Completion of a post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
