Job summary

Vision 360 is seeking an experienced events manager to supervise and coordinate all aspects of conferences and gatherings. You will lead venue selection, catering, and entertainment, while shaping concepts, themes, and layouts for flawless execution.

Responsibilities include budget management, timelines, and cross-functional coordination with vendors and stakeholders to ensure safety and quality across sites. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event management, preferably in production and site execution.
• Strong knowledge of event planning, coordination, and evaluation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with event software and technology is an asset.
