Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience as Event Sales Executive in a luxury international brand hotel.
• Good understanding of selling techniques and banquet knowledge.
• Computer skills in MS Office, email, Fidelio/Delphi/RESERVE will be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the department in line with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Maximize related revenue in line with targets for events/catering.
• Support events and catering operations to ensure guest and owner satisfaction.
