Spotlight Xperiences Bengaluru seeks an experienced Event Operations & Production Manager to lead end-to-end event execution, from venue sourcing to on-ground delivery.

You will manage vendor networks, budgets, timelines, and production elements, ensuring quality and seamless coordination across internal teams.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in Event Production/Operations.
