Job summary

Idea House Entertainment is seeking a proactive Events Executive to be the main point of contact for clients and coordinate end-to-end event initiatives in Chennai. The role welcomes freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience who can communicate clearly, manage timelines, and collaborate across creative, production, and client-servicing teams during fast-paced events.

Travel with the team for events and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and successful

Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome; passion matters more than experience.
• 0–3 years of experience in event management/client servicing is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive and ready to step beyond defined roles.
• Willing to support across teams when needed (events are a team sport).
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments and event timelines.
