Job summary

Pavilions and Interiors (I) Pvt Ltd in Mumbai seeks an experienced Event Manager and Business Development professional to own end-to-end client engagements across ATL/BTL campaigns, events, exhibitions, weddings, conferences and corporate programs.

You will lead client relationships, drive lead generation, and manage key accounts with a focus on revenue generation, ensuring on-time delivery and flawless execution with thorough post-event documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage ATL/BTL campaigns and activations to meet brand objectives.
• Handle end-to-end delivery of events, expos and exhibitions with stakeholders from brief to post-event closure.
• Oversee stall fabrication and booth setups with design and production teams.
• Plan weddings, ceremonies and live entertainment projects with client expectations in mind.
• Drive conference, AGM and corporate event mandates with process control and timely execution.
• Lead business development through cold calling, lead generation and proactive outreach.
• Focus on client conversion and retention, nurturing relationships from first pitch to repeat business.
• Manage key accounts with a strategic mindset, ensuring high satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
• Own revenue generation targets and track pipeline health to meet monthly/quarterly goals.
• Maintain thorough documentation: proposals, contracts, briefs and post-event reports.

• Manage and execute ATL/BTL campaigns and activations, ensuring brand objectives are met with precision and creativity
• Handle end-to-end delivery of Events, Expos, and Exhibitions, coordinating all stakeholders from brief to post-event closure
• Oversee Stall Fabrication and Booth setups, working closely with design and production teams to deliver on-brand, on-time builds
• Plan and execute Weddings, Ceremonies, and Live Entertainment projects, managing client expectations and vendor ecosystems seamlessly
• Drive Conference, AGM, and Corporate Event mandates with strong process control, timely communication, and flawless execution
• Lead Business Development efforts through cold calling, lead generation, and proactive outreach to build a strong prospect pipeline
• Focus on Client Conversion and Client Retention, nurturing relationships from first pitch through to repeat business
