Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the ETP and RO units.
• Monitor treatment parameters such as pH, COD, BOD, TSS, DO, and MLSS.
• Optimize chemical dosing and manage inventory for coagulants and flocculants.
• Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, blowers, agitators, and filters.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns quickly to prevent untreated discharge.
• Ensure 100% regulatory compliance with pollution control board standards.
• Maintain daily logbooks tracking flow, chemical use, and test reports.
• Enforce strict safety protocols and PPE usage when handling hazardous chemicals.
• Supervise and train a shift team of operators and technicians.
