Alembic Limited in Vadodara, Gujarat seeks a skilled ETP operator to monitor and run the Effluent Treatment Plant across shifts. You will conduct routine laboratory analyses of COD, pH, BOD, and related parameters, and maintain accurate data records.

You'll coordinate with production and maintenance teams, ensure regulatory compliance with GPCB norms, assist during audits, and drive efficiency improvements while upholding safety and environmental standards.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and monitor the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) during shifts to ensure smooth plant performance.
• Conduct routine laboratory analysis of ETP samples, including COD, pH, TSS, and BOD.
• Maintain accurate records of all ETP operational and laboratory data.
• Monitor process parameters and take corrective actions to meet regulatory standards.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of ETP equipment, pumps, blowers, and dosing systems.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for effective ETP operations.
• Ensure compliance with GPCB norms and environmental regulations.
• Assist during GPCB audits and inspections by providing records and reports.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, and environmental standards within the ETP area.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and analytical reports.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance ETP efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and environmental management practices.

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for operating and monitoring the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) during assigned shifts to ensure smooth and efficient plant performance.
• Conduct routine laboratory analysis of ETP samples, including COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand), pH, TSS, BOD, and other required parameters.
• Maintain and record all ETP operational and laboratory data accurately as per company and statutory requirements.
• Monitor ETP process parameters and take corrective actions to ensure treated water meets regulatory standards.
• Ensure proper operation and maintenance of ETP equipment, pumps, blowers, dosing systems, and related utilities.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for effective ETP operations and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with GPCB (Gujarat Pollution Control Board) norms and environmental regulations.
• Assist during GPCB audits, inspections, and environmental compliance assessments by providing necessary records and reports.
• Maintain housekeeping, safety, and environmental standards within the ETP area.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and analytical reports.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance ETP efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and environmental management practices.
