Job summary

Allana Group in India operates a hazardous waste management, treatment and zero liquid discharge plant. The role involves monitoring and operating evaporator systems, ATFD and related equipment, and maintaining accurate ETP documentation.

You will monitor chemical consumption, collect water samples, ensure safety standards, and prepare daily and monthly reports. Strong attention to environmental regulations and good housekeeping are essential.

Qualifications

• Monitoring and operating evaporator systems and associated equipment.
• Record meter readings and operational data for ETP.
• Collect and test water and sewage samples.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports on effluent generation and processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring hazardous waste treatment plant and zero liquid discharge processes.
• Supervise and operate evaporator, strippers, ATFD systems, and related equipment.
• Monitor complete ETP process and documentation.
• Identify malfunctions and report operational issues promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping at effluent storage areas and test samples.
• Stay updated on environmental laws and procurement of chemicals.
• Implement Biological Treatment & ETP & STP methodologies.

Job description

• HAZARDOUS WASTE MANAGEMENT TREATEMENT & ZERO LIQUID DISCHARGE PLANT
• Monitoring & Operate Evaporator System & Force Circulation Evaporator System& Stripper Evaporator System & ATFD System.
• Monitoring of complete ETP process and documentation
• Monitor all operational issues and report any malfunctions
• Monitoring operating conditions meters and gauges
• Record meter and guage readings and operational data
• Collect and test water and sewage samples
• Clean and maintain equipment, Tanks, Filter beds and work areas
• Stay current on environmental laws and regulations
• Monitoring of ETP chemicals consumption data and procurement
• Ensure safety standards or met
• Implementation methods of Biological Treatment & ETP & STP.
• Preparation & Updating Daily reports and Monthly reports.
• Maintain good housekeeping at effluent storage areas.
• Preparation & Updating Effluent Generation details & maintain the recordRole & responsibilities
